• Your booked villa is available to you at the latest from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
• On the day of departure, the holiday house must be handed over at 9.30 am at the latest

For a booking / reservation, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply. If for any reason you are not able to make the most of your stay in Exclusive Living, we try to find another booking. Unless we find another tenant, the cancellation conditions are as follows: For a cancellation up to 1 month before arrival we charge 30% of the total price (deposit), within one month before arrival 70% of the total price (final payment). The deposit will be credited to you for cancellations up to 2 months prior to arrival for your next booking, but for a maximum of one year from the date of cancellation of the canceled booking.
